I offer weekend and weeklong retreats for experienced practitioners and for those who are just beginning to explore meditation, mindfulness and self-compassion. Many of the retreats I deliver fulfill the retreat training requirements for MBSR, MBCT, Breathworks and MSC teachers.

The retreats I deliver offer an opportunity for you to pause from your daily life and to relax and reflect in a peaceful and supportive environment, which is carefully chosen to nourish and enrich.

There will be time and space for you, to deepen your own practice and to practice with others. The daily schedule will normally include meditations, mindful movements, walking meditation, group inquiry, periods of silence and talks.
