You may prefer to work on a one-to-one basis rather than as part of a group. This one-to-one work provides:

  • dedicated time for you
  • more in-depth support
  • time to work at your pace
  • time to focus on and explore specific issues which may be troubling you
  • time to focus on and explore specific issues which may stand in the way of you deepening your meditation, mindfulness and self-compassion practice
  • time to discuss your progress and any changes you might want to make

These sessions can be held via Skype, WhatsApp or telephone depending on your preference.
